We prioritize our customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality products. However, due to the nature of fresh produce, we cannot guarantee the quality of the fruit from inside.

Refunds/Returns:

We strive to provide our customers with the freshest and highest quality produce. We won’t be able to provide any refund for Mangoes if they are spoiled from inside due to spongy tissue issue. We cannot guarantee the quality of the fruit from the inside, particularly for Alphanso mangoes, which are known to have spongy tissue.  We also regret to inform that we cannot offer refunds or returns for mangoes once they have been cut open and found spoiled from inside.   

Damaged or Defective Mangoes: We stand behind the quality of our mangoes and strive to ensure the safe transit of our products, we must acknowledge that any damage incurred during shipping is beyond our control. While we empathize with any inconvenience caused, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for such damages.

By purchasing mangoes from us, you acknowledge and accept the terms and condition of our refund and return policy, including the limitations regarding internal fruit quality. Delays:

At A1Mangos, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, however, there may be instances where unforeseen circumstances or import issues could cause delays in the delivery process.
